12. Severability And Integration

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and AMS with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals whether oral, written, or electronic between you and AMS with respect to the AMS Web Sites and the content thereof. If any part of these Terms of Use shall be held invalid or unenforceable by a court or other governmental body of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Termination

AMS reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to terminate your access to all or part of the AMS Web Sites for violation of these Terms of Use.
